MAX319ESA+ General Description


The MAX319ESA+ is one member of the MAX319 series.The MAX319 is monolithic analog switche.The MAX319 has one normally open and one normally closed switch.Proper power-supply sequencing is recommended for all CMOS devices. It is important not to exceed the absolute maximum ratings because stresses beyond the listed ratings may cause permanent damage to the devices. Always sequence V+ on first, followed by VL, V-, and logic inputs.

Features of the MAX319ESA+ are:(1)low on resistance <20typical (35max); (2)guaranteed matched on resistance between channels <2; (3)guaranteed flat on resistance over analog signal range 3max; (4)guaranteed charge injection <10pC; (5)guaranteed off-channel leakage <6nA at +85°C; (6)ESD guaranteed > 2000V per method 3015.7; (7)single-supply operation (+10V to +30V), bipolar-supply operation (±4.5V to ±20V); (8)TTL-/CMOS-logic compatible; (9)rail-to-rail analog signal handling capability.

The absolute maximum ratings of the MAX319ESA+ can be summarized as:(1)voltage referenced to V-:+44 V;(2)storage temperature range:-55 to +150;(3)operating temperature range:0 to +70;(4)lead temperature range (soldering 10 sec):300.Stresses above those listed under Absolute Maximum Ratings may cause permanent damage to the device. This is a stress rating only; functional operation of the device at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operational section of this specification is not implied.
