MAX323ESA+

The MAX323ESA+ is one member of the MAX323 family which is designed as the precision, dual, SPST analog switch that can be used in +3V, +5V DACs and ADCs, PBX, PABX, test equipment, communications systems, audio and video switching, military radios, heads-up displays, guidance and control systems, battery-operated systems and sample-and-hold circuits. This device is TTL compatible when powered from a single +5V supply. When powered from other supply voltages, TTL compatibility is not guaranteed, and the logic inputs should be driven from rail to rail.
