13007 General Description
The 13007 is one member of the KSH13007 family which is designed as the switch mode series NPN silicon power transistor with two points of features:high voltage, high speed power switching and suitable for switching regulator, inverters motor controls.
The absolute maximum ratings of the 13007 can be summarized as:(1)collector-base voltage:700 V;(2)collector emitter voltage:400 V;(3)emitter-base voltage:9 V;(4)collector current(DC):8 A;(5)collector current(pulse):16 A;(6)base current:4 A;(7)collector dissipation(Tc=25):40 W;(8)junction temperat-ure:150;(9)storage temperature:-65 to 150.
And the electrical characteristics of the 13007 can be summarized as:(1)collector-emitter breakdown voltage:400 V;(2)emitter cut-off current:1 mA;(3)DC current gain (VCE=5V,Ic=2A):8 to 60;(4)DC current gain (VCE=5V,Ic=5A):5 to 30;(5)fall time:0.7 s;(6)storage time:3.0 s;(7)turn on time:1.6 s;(8)current gain bandwidth product:4 MHz;(9)output capacitance:80 pF.
