The AP1212HSL-13 is one member of the AP1212 series which designed as the dual usb high-side power switch that independent enable and flag functions, optimized for self-powered and bus-powered Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. It can be used in hot plug-in power supplies, battery-charger circuits and USB hubs.
Features of the AP1212HSL-13 are:(1)compliant to USB specifications;(2)dual independent switches control;(3)2.7V to 5.5V input voltage;(4)500mA minimum continuous current per port;(5)110m typical on-resistance;(6)1.25A maximum short circuit current limit;(7)independent open-drain fault flag pins;(8)110A typical on-state supply current;(9)independent open-drain fault flag pins;(10)1.25A maximum short circuit current limit;(11)dual independent switches control;(12)2.7V to 5.5V input voltage;(13)500mA minimum continuous current per port;(14)110m typical on-resistance.
