The AT45DB011B-SC is a 2.7-volt only, serial interface Flash memory which is ideally for a wide range of digital voice-, image-, program code- and data-storage applications. Its 1,081,344 bits of memory are organized as 512 pages of 264 bytes each. In addition to the main memory, the AT45DB011B-SC also consists of one SRAM data buffer of 264 bytes. The buffer accepts receiving of data when a page in the main memory is being
reprogrammed. EEPROM emulation (bit or byte alterability) is easily dealt with a self-contained three step Read-Modify-Write operation. Unlike conventional Flash memories that are accessed randomly with multiple add ress lines and a parallel interface, the DataFlash utilizes a SPI serial interface to sequentially access its data.
Features of the AT45DB011B-SC are:(1)single 2.7V - 3.6V supply;(2)serial peripheral interface (SPI) compatible;(3)20 MHz max clock frequency;(4)page program operation:single cycle reprogram,512 pages (264 byte s/page) main memory;(5)supports page and block erase operations;(6)one 264-byte SRAM data buffer;(7)continuous read capability through entire array:ideal for code shadowing applications;(8)fast page program time is 7 ms typical;(9)120 s typical page to buffer transfer time.
The absolute maximum ratings of the AT45DB011B-SC can be summarized as:(1):temperature under bias is -55°C to +125°C ;(2):storage temperature ranges from -65°C to +150°C;(3):all input voltages(including NC Pins)with respect to ground is-0.6V to +6.25V;(4):all output voltages with respect to ground is-0.6V to VCC + 0.6V.
