ATR2808 General Description
The ATR2808 is an RF IC for low-power applications in the 5.8 GHz ISM band. The QFN 48-packaged IC is a complete transceiver including image rejection mixer, IF amplifier, FM demodulator, baseband filter, RSSI, TX preamplifier, power-ramping generator for power amplifiers, integrated synthesizer, fully integrated VCO and gaus-sian data filter for TX.
ATR2808 Features
• Fully Integrated TX/RX with 2.9 GHz TX VCO for 5.8 GHz Applications Using a Frequency Doubler
• Supply Voltage Range 3.4 V to 4.6 V
• TX Preamplifier with 0 dBm Output Power at 2.9 GHz
• Ramp-signal Generator for Power Ramping and Power Control of External SiGe Power Amplifier
• Fast Settling Synthesizer (1.728 MHz Channel Spacing at 5.8 GHz)
• Supports Multiple Reference Clocks (10.368 MHz/13.824 MHz)
• Supply Voltage Range 3.4 V to 4.6 V
• TX Preamplifier with 0 dBm Output Power at 2.9 GHz
• Ramp-signal Generator for Power Ramping and Power Control of External SiGe Power Amplifier
• Fast Settling Synthesizer (1.728 MHz Channel Spacing at 5.8 GHz)
