BA7047S General Description
The BA7047S is a microcomputor-interface IC for VCR auto-tracking.It includes two input amplifiers,a peak detector circuit,output amplifiers and a comparator timing circuit.The IC outputs the peak detection output for input video and audio FM signals.
There are some features as follows.First,the inverting input pin and internal switch allow construction of different types of filters.Secondly,built-in output switching allows both audio and video signals to be processed using one A/D port.Besides,a built-in comparator detects presence or absence of Hi-Fi audio.At last,a timing circuit suppresses the effects of head switching noise.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (Ta=25℃).The VCC (applied voltage) is 8.0 V.The Pd (power dissipation) is 500 mW.The Topr (operating temperature) is from -25 to 70℃.The Tstg (storage temperature) is from -55 to 125℃.Then is about the recommended operating conditions (Ta=25℃).The minimum VCC (recommended operating voltage) is 4.5 V,the typical is 5.0 V and the maximum is 5.5 V.
