The BAP64-03 has the following features including (1)High voltage, current controlled;(2)RF resistor for RF attenuators and switches;(3)Low diode capacitance;(4)Low diode forward resistance;(5)Low series inductance;(6)For applications up to 3 GHz.Planar PIN diode in a SOD323 very small plastic SMD package.
