BAR43 General Description

The BAR43 is producted by the Fairchild Semiconductor which designed as the schottky diode. The absolute maximum ratings of the BAR43 can be summarized as: (1)maximum repetitive reverse voltage:30 V;(2)average rectified forward current:200 mA;(3)non-repetitive peak forward surge current pulse width=1.0 second:750 mA;(4)storage temperature range:-55 to +150 °C;(5)operating junction temperature:150 °C.

And the electrical characteristics TA=25°C unless otherwise noted of the BAR43 can be summarized as:(1)breakdown voltage:30 V;(2)forward voltage (IF=2.0mA):260 mV to 330 mV;(3)forward voltage (IF=15mA):450 mV;(4)forward voltage (IF=100 mA):0.8 V;(5)reverse leakage (VR=25V):0.5A;(6)reverse leakage (VR=25V, Ta=100°C):100A.
