BAR63-03W E6327 General Description

The BAR63-03W E6327 is one member of the BAR63 series.It has the following features including PIN diode for high speed switching of RF signals;Very low forward resistance (low insertion loss);Very low capacitance (high isolation);For frequencies up to 3GHz.

The BAR63-03W-E6327 includes a selectable B3ZS/HDB3 Encoder/Decoder (ENDEC). When the ENDEC pin is low, the ENDEC is selected and the receiver generates a composite NRZ logic data following the B3ZS (for DS3/STS-1) or HDB3 (for E3) substitution codes via the RPOS/RNRZ pin as shown below. Another useful feature of the MAX104 may be its internal output demultiplexer (demux) circuitry. This circuitry provides three different modes of operation. The demux operation is controlled by two transistor- transistor-logic (TTL)/complementary-metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS)-compatible digital inputs: DEMUXEN, which activates or deactivates the internal demux, and DIVSELECT, which selects one of three demux modes (DIV1, DIV2, or DIV4). Bidirectional devices designed for direct interface with the ac power line. Upon reaching the breakover voltage in each direction, the device switches from a blocking state to a low voltage on-state. Conduction will continue like a Triac until the main terminal current drops below the holding current. The plastic axial lead package provides high pulse current capability at low cost. Glass passivation insures reliable operation.
