The Bt8510 is designed as E1 transceiver frame synchronization, signal generation and recovery circuit for application in digital terminal interfaces operating at 2.048Mb/s. Applications for this device include digital cross-connect systems, digital loop concentrators, DCME equipment, customer premise multiplexers, network managers and PBXs. The circuit operates with integrated services digital networm (ISDN) primary rate digital streams operating at a data rate of 2.048Mb/s according to ITU-T recommendation G.703.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its DC power supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to 7.0V. The second one is about its DC input, output voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vdd+0.5V. The third one is about its DC current drain per pin, any input or output which would be 25mA. The fourth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -55°C to +150°C. The fifth one is about its lead temperature (less than 10 second soldering) which would be 250°C. The sixth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -40°C to +85°C.
Also some analog interface characteristics about it. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be min 4.75V and max 5.25V. The second one is about its cable impedance which would be min 75ohms and max 120ohms. The third one is about its signal level which would be min 2.40 volts peak and maximum 3.0 volts peak. The fourth one is about its input impedance which would be min 5000 ohms. The fifth one is about its ESD protection which would be min 3000 volts. The sixth one is about its latch-up protection which would be min 150mA. The seventh one is about its power down current which would be max 500uA. And so on. For more information please contact us.
