The CPC1906Y is one of Power SIP Relay.
Clare and IXYS have combined ,and bring OptoMOS® technology, reliability and compact size to a new family of high power solid state relays. The CPC1906Y is a part ofthat family,and it is a 1-Form-A solid state relay. The CPC1906Y uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 2500Vrms of input to output isolation. While the input is controlled by a highly efficient GaAlAs infrared LED,the efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die use Clare's patented OptoMOS architecture .
