The CS5530-ISZ is one member of the CS5530 family that designed as one kind of highly integrated analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) which use charge-balance techniques to achieve 24-bit performance.The ADCs are optimized for measuring low-level unipolar or bipolar signals in weigh scale, process control, scientific, and medical applications.
Features of the CS5530-ISZ are:(1)chopper-stabilized PGIA (programmable gain instrumentation amplifier,1x to 64x);(2)delta-sigma analog-to-digital con-verter:linearity error:0.0015% FS and noise-free resolution:up to 19 bits;(3)two- or four-channel differential MUX;(4)scalable input span via calibration:±5 mV to differential ±2.5V;(5)scalable VREF input:up to analog supply;(6)R/W calibration registers per channel;(7)selectable word rates:6.25 to 3,840 sps;(8)selectable 50 or 60 Hz rejection.
