The EP9302-CQZ/E2 is designed as one kind ARM920T-based system-on-a-chip with a large peripheral set targeted to a variety of applications:(1)thin client computers for business and home;(2)internet radio;(3)internet access devices;(4)industrial computers;(5)specialized terminals;(6)point of sale terminals;(7)test and measurement equipment.Also it is a high-performance,low-power RISCbased single-chip computer built around an ARM920T microprocessor core with a maximum operating clock rate of 200 MHz (184 MHz for industrial conditions).The ARM core operates from a 1.8 V supply,while the I/O operates at 3.3 V with power usage between 100 mW and 750 mW (dependent on speed).
Features of the EP9302-CQZ/E2 are:(1)LCD and raster interface with graphics accelerator;(2)IrDA interface;(3)200 MHz ARM920T processor;(4)floating point, integer and signal processing instructions;(5)optimized for digital music compression and decompression algorithms;(6)hardware interlocks allow in-line coding;(7)32-bit unique ID can be used for DRM compliance 128-bit random ID;(8)32-bit SDRAM interface up to 4 banks;(9)32/16-bit SRAM/FLASH/ROM;(10)12 direct memory access (DMA) channels;(11)2-channel low-cost serial audio interface;(12)6-channel or 2-channel serial audio interface;(13)touchscreen interface with ADC;(14)real-time clock with software trim;(15)two general purpose 16-bit timers.
