The EPM3128ATC100-10 is one member of the EPM3000A family which designed as the low–cost, high–performance devices. It operates with a 3.3-V supply voltage and provide 600 to 10,000 usable gates, ISP, pin-to-pin delays as fast as 4.5 ns, and counter speeds of up to 227.3 MHz because of the advanced CMOS technology.
Features of the EPM3128ATC100-10 are:(1)high–density PLDs ranging from 600 to 10,000 usable gates;(2)built–in boundary-scan test (BST) circuitry compli-ant with IEEE Std. 1149.1-1990;(3)high–performance, low–cost CMOS EEPROM–based programmable logic devices (PLDs) built on a MAX® architecture;(4)hot–socketing support;(5)programmable interconnect array (PIA) continuous routing structure for fast, predictable performance;(6)industrial temperature range;(7)programmable power–saving mode for a power reduction of over 50% in each macrocell;(8)bus–friendly architecture including programmable slew–rate control;(9)open–drain output option;(10)programmable security bit for protection of proprietary designs.
The absolute maximum ratings of the EPM3128ATC100-10 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.5 4.6 V;(2)DC input voltage:-2.0 5.75 V;(3)DC output current, per pin:-25 25 mA;(4)storage temperature:-65 to 150 ° C;(5)ambient temperature:-65 to 135 ° C;(6)junction temperature (PQFP and TQFP pack-ages, under bias):135 ° C.
