EUP7180 General Description

The EUP7180 is CMOS-based voltage regulator IC with extremely low supply current which is typically 1A. Dropout voltage is also very low. The EUP7180 has output short circuit and over current protection features.

The EUP7180 is available in 1.5V, 2.3V, 2.5V and 3.0V versions.

EUP7182 General Description

The EUP7182 low-noise, low-dropout, linear regulator operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V input and is guaranteed to deliver 50mA.

The EUP7182 is stable with small 1F ceramic capacitor. Its performance suits battery powered applications because of its shutdown mode (60 nA typ), low quiescent current (110A typ), and LDO voltage (25mV typ). The low dropout voltage allows for more utilization of a battery's available energy by operating closer to its end-of-life voltage. An output fault-detection circuit indicates loss of regulation.

The EUP7182 is available in MSOP package with 1.8V, 2.5v, 2.8V, 3V and 3.3V versions.

EUP7201 General Description

The EUP7201 is highly accurate, Dual, low noise, CMOS LDO voltage regulator. Performance features include low output noise, high ripple rejection ratio, low dropout and very fast turn-on times.

The EUP7201 is also fully compatible with low ESR ceramic capacitors, reducing cost and improving output stability. This high level of output stability is maintained even during frequent load fluctuations, due to the excellent transient response performance and high PSRR achieved across a broad range of frequencies.

The EN function allows the output of each regulator to be turned off independently, resulting in greatly reduced power consumption. The EUP7201 is available in the SOT23-6 , TDFN-6 and USP-6 package.
