The FM30C256-SA is a type of FM30C256. The following is some information about FM30C256. It is a kind of 256-kilobit data collection subsystem. It consists of nonvolatile RAM, timekeeping, CPU supervisor, and system tamper detection. The device also includes timekeeping with external battery backup. The timekeeper consists of registers that represent time and date information in BCD format. It is available in a 20-pin SOIC package.
There are some features as follows: (1)256K bit ferroelectric nonvolatile RAM; (2)fast two-wire serial interface; (3)real-time clock/calendar; (4)system supervisor.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings. (1)The VDD (Power Supply Voltage with respect to VSS) is from -1.0 to +7.0 V. (2)The VIN (Voltage on any signal pin with respect to VSS) is from -1.0 to +7.0 V and VIN < VDD+1.0 V. (3)The TSTG (Storage temperature) is from -55 to + 125. (4)The TLEAD (Lead temperature (Soldering, 10 seconds)) is 300. Then is about the DC operating conditions (TA =-40 to + 85, VDD=4.5 to 5.5 V unless otherwise specified). (1)The maximum ISB (Standby Current) is 150 A. (2)The minimum VBAK (Clock Backup Voltage) is 2.5 V, the typical is 3.0 V and the maximum is 3.5 V. (3)The maximum IBAK (Clock Backup Current) is 1 A.
