HT1621B General Description
The HT1621B is a kind of a 128 pattern (324), memory mapping, and multi-function LCD driver. It is suitable for multiple LCD applications including LCD modules and display subsystems. Besides, the device contains a power down command to reduce power consumption.
There are some features as follows: (1) operating voltage: 2.4 to 5.2 V; built-in 256kHz RC oscillator; (2) external 32.768kHz crystal or 256kHz frequency source input; (3) selection of 1/2 or 1/3 bias, and selection of 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4 duty LCD applications; (4) internal time base frequency sources; (5) two selectable buzzer frequencies (2 kHz/4 kHz); (6) power down command reduces power consumption; (7) built-in time base generator and WDT; (8) time base or WDT overflow output; (9) 8 kinds of time base/WDT clock sources; (10) 32*4 LCD driver; (11) built-in 324 bit display RAM; (12) 3-wire serial interface; (13) internal LCD driving frequency source; (14) software configuration feature; (15) data mode and command mode instructions; (16) R/W address auto increment; (17) three data accessing modes; (18) VLCD pin for adjusting LCD operating voltage.
The following is some general notes: (1): storage temperature range is from -50 to +125; (2): operating temperature is from -25 to +75; (3) supply voltage is from VSS-0.3 to VSS+5.5 V; (4): input voltage is from VSS-0.3 to VDD+0.3 V.
