IRF7319PBF General Description
The IRF7319PBF has the following features including generation V technology;ultra low on-resistance;dual N and P channel mosfet;surface mount;fully avalanche rated;lead-free.
Both the IRF7319PBF and PT6715 series ISRs are non-pro- grammable versions of the PT6700 Excalibur™ family of converters. These regulators have a fixed output voltage, which may be adjusted higher or lower than the factory trimmed pre-set voltage using a single external resistor. Table 1 gives the allowable adjustment range for each model as Va (min) and Va (max). Adjust Up:An increase in the output voltage is obtained by adding a resistor R2, between pin 1 (Vo adjust) and pin 7 (CRemote Sense). The IRF7319PBFB is a monolithic integrated circuit fabricated in Metal Oxide Semiconductor technology available in DIP and SOP packages. The IRF7319PBFB is a dual 1 of 4 decoder/ demultiplexer. Each decoder has two select inputs (A and B), an Enable input (E), and four mutually.
The STTH5R06, which is using ST Turbo 2 600V technology, is specially suited as boost diode in continuous mode power factor corrections and hard switching conditions. This device is also intended for use as a free wheeling diode in power supplies and other power switching applications. Remote On/Off: This is an open-collector (open-drain) negative logic input that enables the module output. The input is referenced to CVin. Applying a low-level ground signal to this pin disables the modules outputs. A high impedance enables the modules outputs. If not used the pin should be left unconnected. If the connection between module and antenna does not form part of the antenna itself, it should be made using 50Ω microstrip line or coax or a combination of both. It is desirable (but not essential) to fill all unused PCB area around the module with ground plane.
