The SPS product family is specially designed for an off-line MPS with minimal external components. The SPS consist of igh voltage power SenseFET and current mode PWM Controller C. PWM controller features integrated fixed oscillator, nder voltage lock out, leading edge blanking, optimized gate urn-on/turn-off driver, thermal shut down protection, over voltage rotection, temperature compensated precision current ources for loop compensation and fault protection circuit.
ompared to discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching onverter solution, a SPS can reduce total component count, esign size, weight and at the same time increase & efficiency, roductivity, and system reliability. It has a basic platform well uited for cost effective design in either a flyback converter or a orward converter.
