KA2303 General Description

      The KA2303 is a monolithic intergrated circuit consisting of 3 functions (Forward,stop,Backword) designed for radio controlled toy car and other equipment.
      Here you can get some information about the features.First,it includes amplifier,detector,comparator,latch,voltage and actuator.The second is wide power supply voltage range (2.5 V to 10 V).Then is very low quiescent circuit current (Stop:I_CC=5 mA).Besides,it is capable of driving small DC motors in both direction.The last one is minimum number of external parts required.
      What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings (Ta=25).The supply voltage (V_CC) is 11 V.The output current (continuous) (I_O(cont)) is 0.7 A.The output current (surge) (I_O(surge)) is 1.2 A.The power dissipation (P_d) is 500 mW.The operating temperature (T_OPR) is from -20 to +70.The storage temperature (T_TSO) is from -40 to +126.
