LD7552BPS General Description
The LD7552BPS is one member of the LD7552 family which designed as the low cost, low startup current, current mode PWM controller with green-mode power-saving operation. It can be used in 384X replacement, open frame switching power supply, and switching AC/DC adaptor and battery charger. This device also incorporated several functions to make it ideal to use in switching power supplies and switching adaptors.
Features of the LD7552BPS are:(1)500mA driving capability;(2)non-audible-noise green mode control;(3)proprietary green-mode control for power saving;(4)internal slope compensation;(5)programmable switching frequency;(6)leading-edge blanking on CS pin;(7)current mode control with cycle-by-cycle peak current limiting;(8)under voltage lockout (UVLO);(9)very low startup current (typical 5 A);(10)high-voltage CMOS process with excellent ESD protection.
The absolute maximum ratings of the LD7552BPS can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage Vcc:36 V;(2)COMP, RT, CS:-0.3 to 7V;(3)operating junction temperature:150 ;(4)storage temperature range:-65 to 150;(5)package thermal resistance (DIP-8):100 /W;(6)package thermal resistance (SOP-8):160 /W;(7)lead temperature (LD7552IS & LD7552IN, soldering, 10sec):230;(8)lead temperature (LD7552BS & LD7552BN, soldering, 10sec):260.
