NCP3121MNTXG General Description

The NCP3121MNTXG is one member of the NCP3121 family which designed as one kind of dual 3.0A,step-down DC/DC switching regulator.It is capable of producing an output voltage as low as 0.8 V. The NCP3121MNTXG provides dual 3.0 A switching regulators with an adjustable 200 kHz-750 kHz switching frequency and also incorporates an auto-tracking and sequencing feature.

Features of the NCP3121MNTXG are:(1)200-750 kHz operation;(2)input voltage range from 4.5 V to 13.2 V;(3)stable with low ESR ceramic output capacitor;(4)0.8±1.5% FB reference voltage;(5)external soft-start;(6)out of phase operation of OUT1 & OUT2;(7)auto-tracking and sequencing;(8)enable/disable capability;(9)hiccup overload protection;(10)low shutdown power (Iq<100uA).And it can be used in set-top boxes, portable applications, networking and telecommunications.
