The OP-285 is designed as a precision high speed amplifier featuring the butler amplifier front-end. This new front-end design combines the accuracy and low noise performance of bipolar transistors with the speed of JFETs. This yields an amplifier with high slew rates, low offset and good noise performance at low supply currents, Bias currents are also low compared to bipolar designs. Typical applications is active filters, fast amplifiers and integrators.
It has many features. The first one is low offset voltage 250uV. The second one is wide bandwidth is 8MHz. The third one is about its high slew rate is 20V/us. The fourth one is low noise which would be 6nV/Hz. The fifth one is low distortion which would be 0.001%. The sixth one is low supply current is 5mA. The seventh one is low offset current is 2nA. The eighth one is unity-gain stable. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage which would be ±18V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be ±18V. The third one is about its differential input voltage which would be ±7.5V. The fourth one is about its storage temperature range P, S package which would be from -65°C to +150°C. The fifth one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -40°C to +85°C. The sixth one is about its junction temperature range P, S package which would be from -65°C to +150°C. The seventh one is about its lead temperature range (soldering, 60 sec) which would be +300°C.
Also some electrical characteristics about it. The first one is about its offset voltage which would be typ 125V and max 250V. The second one is about its input bias current which would be typ 150nA. The third one is about its input offset current which would be typ 2nA. The fourth one is about its input voltage range which would be min -10.5V and max +10.5V. And so on.
