The PC316 is a series of opaque,mini-flat package,high collector-emitter voltage photocoupler.It can be applied to hybrid substrates that require high density mounting and programmable controllers.
Features of the PC316 are:(1) opaque type,mini-flat package;(2) subminiature type(the volume is smaller than that of our conventional DIP type by as far as 30%);(3) high collector-emitter voltage Vceo is 120 V;(4) isolation voltage between input and output Viso is 2,500 Vrms.
The absolute maximum ratings of the PC316 can be summarized as:(1): input forward current(IF) is 50 mA;(2): input peak forward current(IFM) is 1 A;(3): input reverse voltage(VR) is 6 V;(4): input power dissipation(P) is 70 mW; (5): output collector-emitter voltage(Vceo) is 120 V;(6): output emitter-collector voltage(Veco) is 6 V;(7): output collector current(Ic) is 50 mA;(8): output collector power dissipation(Pc) is 150 mW;(9): total power dissipation(Ptot) is 170 mW;(10): isolation voltage(Viso) is 2,500 Vrms.
