RF2129TR7M1A General Description

The RF2129TR7M1A belongs to the RF2129 series. It is a kind of linear, medium power, high efficiency amplifier IC. It is designed for low voltage operation. It is used as the final RF amplifier in 2.5GHz spread spectrum transmitters and in occasions such as PCS communication systems,wireless LAN systems,commercial and consumer systems,portable battery powered equipment and broadband spread spectrum systems. It is available in PSOP-8 package.

There are some features as follows. (1) single 3.3 V power supply; (2) 26dBm saturated output power; (3) 27dB small signal gain; (4) high power added efficiency; (5) power down mode; (6) 1800 MHz to 2500 MHz frequency range.

What comes next is about absolute maximum ratings.
