The SN74AHC1G125DBV is designed as a single bus buffer gate/line driver with 3-state output. The output is disabled when the output-enable (OE) input is high. When OE is low, true data is passed from the A input to the Y output. To ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down, OE should be tied to VCC through a pullup resistor; the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sinking capability of the driver.
It has four features. (1) Operating range of 2V to 5.5V. (2) Max tpd of 6ns at 5V. (3) Low power consumption, 10A max Icc. (4) ±8mA output drive at 5V. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its supply voltage range would be from -0.5V to 7V. (2) Its input voltage range would be from -0.5V to 7V. (3) Its output voltage range would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V. (4) Its input clamp current would be -20mA. (5) Its output clamp current would be +/-20mA. (6) Its continuous output current would be +/-25mA. (7) Its continuous current through Vcc or GND would be +/-50mA. (8) Its package thermal impedance would be 206°C/W. (9) Its storage temperature range would be from -65°C to 150°C. It should be noted that stresses above those listed in absolute maximum ratings may cause permanent damage to device.
Also some electrical characteristics about it. (1) Its output voltage high would be min 1.9V and typ 2V at Vcc=2V and Ioh=-50uA and it would be min 2.9V and typ 3V at Vcc=3V and Ioh=-50uA. (2) Its output voltage low would be max 0.1V at Iol=50uA and max 0.36V at Iol=4mA and Iol=8mA. (3) Its Ii would be max +/-0.1uA. (4) Its Ioz would be max +/-0.25uA.
