The SN74LVC126APWR is a member of the SN74LVC126 family which designed as one kind of quadruple bus buffer gate with 3-state outputs.It features independent line drivers with 3-state outputs. Each output is disabled when the associated output-enable (OE) input is low.The OE should be tied to GND through a pulldown resistor to ensure the high-impedance state during power up or power down and the minimum value of the resistor is determined by the current-sourcing capability of the driver.
Features of the SN74LVC126APWR are:(1)operates from 1.65 V to 3.6 V;(2)specified from -40°C to 85°C and from -40°C to 125°C;(3)inputs accept voltages to 5.5 V;(4)typical VOLP (output ground bounce) < 0.8 V at Vcc=3.3 V, TA=25°C;(5)latch-up performance exceeds 250 mA per JESD 17;(6)ESD protection exceeds JESD 22:2000-V human-body model (A114-A);(10)ESD protection exceeds JESD 22:200-V machine model (A115-A).
