The TL592B-8DR is designed as differential video amplifier with differential inputs and differential outputs. It features internal series-shunt feedback that provides wide bandwidth, low phase distortion, and excellent gain stability. Emitterfollower outputs enable the device to drive capacitive loads. All stages are current-source biased to obtain high common-mode and supplyvoltage rejection ratios.
It has three features. (1) Its adjustable gain would be to 400 typ. (2) No frequency compensation required. (3) Its low noise would be 3mV typ. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. (1) Its supply voltage, Vcc+ would be 8V. (2) Its supply voltage, Vcc would be -8V. (3) Its differential input voltage would be ±5V. (3) Its voltage range, any input would be from Vcc+ to Vcc. (4) Its output current would be 10mA. (5) Its operating free-air temperature range would be from 0°C to 70°C. (6) Its storage temperature range would be from 65°C to 150°C. (7) Its lead temperature 1,6 mm (1/16 inch) from case for 10 seconds would be 260°C.
Also some electrical characteristics about it. (1) Its large signal differential voltage amplification would be min 300V and typ 400V and max 500V. (2) Its large signal differential voltage amplification would be typ 13V. (3) Its bandwidth (-3dB) would be typ 50MHz. (4) Its input offset current would be typ 0.4uA and max 5uA. (5) Its input bias current would be typ 9uA and max 30uA. (6) Its common mode input voltage range would be min +/-1V. (7) Its common mode output voltage would be min 2.4V and typ 2.9V and max 3.4V. (8) Its output offset voltage would be typ 0.35V and max 0.75V. (9) Its peak to peak output voltage swing would be min 3V and typ 4V. And so on.
