The TMP93PS44F is designed as OTP type MCU which includes 64Kbyte one-time PROM. Using the adapter-socket, you can write and verify the data for the TMP93PS44.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its power supply voltage which would be from -0.5V to 6.5V. The second one is about its input voltage which would be from -0.5V to Vcc+0.5V and it would be from -0.5V to 14.0V for EA pin. The third one is about its output current (per 1 pin) P7 which would be 20mA. The fourth one is about its output current (per 1 pin) except P7 which would be 2mA. The fifth one is about its output current (P7 total) which would be 80mA. The sixth one is about its output current total low which would be 120mA. The seventh one is about its output current total high which would be -80mA. The eighth one is about its power dissipation which would be 350mW. The ninth one is about its soldering temperature which would be 260°C. The tenth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to 150°C. The eleventh one is about its operating temperature range which would be from -40°C to 85°C. It should be noted that the absolute maximum ratings are rated values which must not be exceded during operation, even for an instant.
Also some Dc characteristics about it. The first one is about its output low voltage which would be max 0.45V. The second one is about its output high voltage which would be min 2.4V at Vcc=3V and min 4.2V at Vcc=5V. The third one is about its darlington drive current which would be min -1.0mA and max -3.5mA. The fourth one is about its input leakage current which would be typ 0.02uA and max ±5uA. The fifth one is about its output leakage current which would be typ 0.05uA and max ±10uA.
