The ZPSD302B-90JI is a kind of single-chip programmable peripheral for microcontroller-based applications. It integrates high-performance and user-configurable blocks of EPROM, programmable logic, and optional SRAM into one part. The major functional blocks include two programmable logic arrays, 256Kb to 1 Mb of EPROM, optional 16 Kb SRAM, input latches, programmable I/O ports, page logic and programmable security. Besides, it is available in 44 pin PLDCC package, industrial temperature range.
There are some features as follows. (1) optional 16 Kbit SRAM is configurable as 2K*8 or 1K*16. The access time can be as quick as 90 ns, including address decoding; (2) optional built-in page logic expands the MCU address space by up to 16 times; (3) programmable power management with standby current as low as 1A for low-voltage version; (4) track mode that allows other microcontrollers or host processors to share access to the local data bus; (6) wide operating voltage range: 4.5 to 5.5 volts; (7) simple, menu-driven software (PSDsoft) allows configuration and design entry on a PC; (8) two Programmable Arrays (PAD A and PAD B) replace your PLD or decoder.
What comes next is about the absolute maximum ratings. (1): TSTG (storage temperature) is from -65 to +150 for CERDIP and from -65 to +125 for PLASTIC; (2): voltage on any pin with respect to GND is from -0.6 to +7 V; (3): VPP (programming supply voltage with respect to GND) is from -0.6 to +14 V; (4): VCC (supply voltage with respect to GND) is from -0.6 to +7 V; (5): ESD protection is >2000 V; (6): the industrial operating range is from -40 to +85.
