30KPA160A General Description
The 30KPA160A is a very good product.Here you can get some information about the features.First, it can reach 30,000 Watts Peak Pulse Power per Line (tp=10/1000s).Secondly,it adopts unidirectional & bidirectional configurations.Thirdly,it has an easy mounting to printed circuit board.Fourthly,the multiple voltage types ranges from 30V to 280V.It is compliant with RoHS.It is widely used in relay drives,motor (Start/Stop) back EMF protection,module lightning protection and secondary lightning protection for AC/DC.
The following is about the mechanical characteristics.It uses molded case and weighs 5 grams (Approximate).Besides ,it is available in lead-free pure-tin Plating(Annealed).The solder reflow temperature of pure-tin - Sn is about 260-270.It is packaged with flammability rating UL 94V-0.
