383-2SUGC/S400-A4 is a kind of 5.0mm Round Type LED Lamps.The series is specially designed for applications which require higher brightness. At the smame time ,the led lamps are available with different colors and intensities. It has four applications:TV set, Monitor, Telephone and Computer.The material of 383-2SUGC/S400-A4 is InGaN . The emittied color is super green and the lens color is water clear.
Its five unquie features will also attract you !The first one is choice of various viewing angles. The second one is that it is available on tape and reel.The third one is that it is reliable and robust.The forth one is Pb free . And the last one is the product itself will remain within RoHS compliant version.Packing Quantity Specification is 500PCS/1Bag,5Bags/1Box and 10Boxes/1Carton.
Then, there are also some absolute Maximum Ratings (Ta = 25) given to you . Forward Voltage (VF) is 3.4 V(Tpy)and 4.0 V(Max) when the foward current is 20 mA. Reserve Current is 50 A(Max) when the Reserve Voltage is 5 V. Peak Wavelength (p) is 525 nm when the Forward Current is 20 mA. Dominant Wavelength (d) is 530 nm when the Forward Current is 20 mA.
