74LCX08MTCX General Description

The 74LCX08MTCX includes four 2-input AND gates. It is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve high speed operation while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation. The inputs tolerate voltages up to 7 V allowing the interface of 5V systems to 3 V systems. The device is available in 14-Lead TSSOP package.

There are some features as follows: (1)5 V tolerant inputs; (2)2.3 V3.6 V VCC specifications provided; (3)5.5 ns tPD max (VCC=3.3 V), 10 A ICC max; (4)power down high impedance inputs and outputs; (5)±24 mA output drive (VCC=3.0 V); (6)implements patented noise/EMI reduction circuitry; (7)latch-up performance exceeds JEDEC 78 conditions; (8)ESD performance: human body model> 2000 V and machine model>150V; (9)leadless Pb-Free DQFN package.
