The 8751BH is designed as 8-bit control oriented microcontrollers for control applications.
It has many features. The first one is it would have high performance HMOS process. The second one is internal timers / event counters. The third one is 2-level interrupt priority. The fourth one is 32 I/O lines (four 8-bit ports). The fifth one is 64K external program memory space. The sixth one is security feature protects EPROM parts against software piracy. The seventh one is noolean processor. The eighth one is bit-addressable RAM. The ninth one is programmable full duplex serial channel. The tenth one is 111 instructions (64 single cycle). The eleventh one is 64K enternal data memory space. The last one is extended temperature range would be from -40°C to +85°C. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its ambient temperature under bias which would be from -40°C to +85°C. The second one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C t +150°C. The third one is about its voltage on any other pin to Vss which would be from -0.5V to +7V. The fourth one is about its power dissipation which would be 1.5W. The fifth one is about its supply voltage which would be min 4.5V and max 5.5V. The sixth one is about its oscillator frequency which would be min 3.5MHz and max 12MHz. The seventh one is about its output low voltage (ports 1, 2, 3) which would be max 0.45V with condition os Iol =1.6mA. It should be noted that stressing the device beyond the "absolute maximum ratings" may cause permanent damage. These are stress ratings only. And so on.
