The AD627ARZ is one member of the AD627 family which is designed as the integrated, micropower instrumentation amplifier that delivers rail-to-rail output swing on single and dual (+2.2 V to ±18 V) supplies. This device can be used in (1)4 to 20 mA loop-powered applications; (2)low power medical instrume-ntation-ECG, EEG; (3)transducer interfacing; (4)thermocouple amplifiers; (5)industrial process controls; (6)low power data acquisition; (7)portable battery-powered instruments.
Features of the AD627ARZ are:(1)micropower, 85 A maximum supply current;(2)wide power supply range (+2.2 V to ±18 V);(3)easy to use:gain set with one external resistor and gain range 5 (no resistor) to 1000;(4)higher performance than discrete designs;(5)rail-to-rail output swing;(6)noise: 38 nV/Hz RTI noise @ 1 kHz (G = +100);(7)77 dB minimum CMRR (G = +5);(8)80 kHz bandwidth (G = +5);(9)135 s settling time to 0.01% (G = +5, 5 V step);(10)10 nA maximum input bias current.
