The AD6620ASZ is one member of the AD6620AS family which designed as the 65 MSPS digital receiver. This device has four cascaded signalprocessing elements: two fixedcoefficient decimating filters, a frequency translator, and a programmable coefficient decimating filter. It is designed to bridge the gap between high speed ADCs and general purpose DSPs and packaged in an 80-lead PQFP (plastic quad flatpack) and specified to operate over the industrial temperature range (40°C to +85°C).
Features of the AD6620ASZ are:(1)high input sample rate; (2)NCO frequency translation; (3)2nd order cascaded integrator comb FIR filter; (4)5th order cascaded integrator comb FIR filter; (5)programmable decimating RAM coefficient fir filter; (6)bidirectional synchronization circuitry; (7)serial or parallel baseband outputs; (8)two separate control and configuration ports; (9)3.3 V optimized CMOS process; (10)JTAG boundary sca.
The absolute maximum ratings of the AD6620ASZ can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage:-0.3 V to +4.5 V;(2)input voltage:-0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V (not 5 V tolerant);(3)output voltage swing:-0.3 V to VDD+0.3 V;(4)load capacitance:200 pF;(5)junction temperature under bias:+130°C;(6)storage temperature range:-65°C to +150°C;(7)lead temperature (5 sec):+280°C.
