The BD9001F-E2 is a type of silicon monolithic intergrated circuit,flexible step-down switching regulator.features of the BD9001F-E2 are:(1)wide input ranges from 7V to 8V;(2)high precision(reference voltage) is ±20%;(3)intergrated 2AP-ch power MOS FET;(4)adjusted frequency is 50KHz to 300KHz.
