D9816ACV General Description
The D9816ACV is designed as one kind of 3-channel 14/16-bit linear CCD/CIS sensor signal processors.Each channel of the D9816ACV includes a correlated double sampler (CDS), programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and channel offset adjustment. After gain and offset adjustment, the analog inputs are seque-ntially sampled and digitized by an accurate 14/ 16-bit A/D converter.
Features of the D9816ACV are:(1)no missing codes;(2)16-bit A/D converter;(3)triple-channel, 2.5 MSPS color scan mode;(4)single-channel, 6 MSPS monoch-rome scan mode;(5)triple correlated double sampler;(6)triple 10-Bit programmable gain amplifier;(7)triple 10-Bit offset compensation DAC;(8)fully differential or single-ended inputs;(9)CDS or S/H mode;(10)inverting or non-inverting mode;(11)serial control:on data bus or separate pins;(12)internal voltage refer-ence.Also it can be used in 48-bit color scanners,CCD or CIS color imagers,gray scale scanners and film scanners.
The absolute maximum ratings of the D9816ACV can be summarized as:(1)output delay:20 ns;(2)tri-state to data valid:8 ns;(3)output enable high to tri-state:8 ns;(4)latency RGB inputs:7 ADCCLK;(5)maximum conversion rate:8 MSPS;(6)differential non-linearity:-0.95/+1.2 LSB;(7)input referred gain error:+/- 2 % FS;(8)input voltage range 2V full-scale range:0 to 2.0 V;(9)input voltage range 3V full-scale range:0 to 3.0 V.If you want to know more information such as the electrical characteristics about the D9816ACV,please download the datasheet in www.seekic.com or www.chinaicmart.com .
