DW132 General Description

The DW132 is the abbreviation of STM6315LDW13F. It is designed as the low power supervisory device that has seven points of features:(1)low supply current of 1.5A (typ); (2)±1.8% reset threshold accuracy (25°C); (3)guaranteed RST assertion down to Vcc = 1.0V; (4)open drain RST output can exceed Vcc; (5)power supply transient immunity; (6)operating temperature: 40 to +125°C; (7)available in SOT143-4 package.
