H34063AP General Description

The H34063AP is a Series of monolithic control circuit containing the primary functions required for DC-to-DC converte rs. The device includes an internal temperature compensated reference, comparator, controlled duty cycle oscillator with an active current limit circuit, driver and high current output switch. This device was specifically used by Hi-Since rity Microelectronics Corp.

Features of the H34063AP are:(1)3V to 40V input voltage operation;(2)internal 1.6A peak current switch;(3)internal ±1.8% reference;(4)low quiescent current at 1.6mA;(5)frequency operation from 100Hz~100KHz;(6)current limiting.
