Want to post a buying lead? If you are not a member yet, please select the specific/related part number first and then fill the quantity and your contact details in the "Request for Quotation Form" on the left, and then click "Send RFQ".Your buying lead can then be posted, and the reliable suppliers will quote via our online message system or other channels soon.
The HCPL-1930 is a commercial grade two channel hermetically sealed high CMR line receiver optocoupler in a 16-Pin ceramic DIP package with gold plated leads. Solder dipped and various lead form options are also available. See the datasheet for details. The product is capable of operation and storage over the full military temperature range and may also be purchased with full MIL-PRF-38534 Class Level H or K testing or under the DSCC Standard Microcircuit Drawing (SMD) 5962-89572. The HCPL-1930 is manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified line and Class H and K versions are included in the DSCC Qualified Manufacturers List QML-38534 for Hybrid Microcircuits. Each unit contains two independent channels, consisting of a GaAsP light emitting diode, an input current regulator, and an integrated high gain photon detector. The input regulator serves as a line termination for line receiver applications. It clamps the line voltage and regulates the LED current so line reflections do not interfere with circuit performance. The regulator allows a typical LED current of 12.5 mA before it starts to shunt excess current. The output of the detector IC is an open collector Schottky clamped transistor. An enable input gates the detector. The internal detector shield provides a guaranteed common mode transient immunity specification of 1000 V/micro-second. DC specifications are compatible with TTL logic and are guaranteed from -55 degrees C to 125 degrees C allowing trouble-free interfacing with digital logic circuits. An input current of 10 mA will sink a six gate fan-out (TTL) at the output with a typical propagation delay from input to output of only 45 nsec.
HCPL-1931 General Description
The HCPL-1931 is a high reliability Class H two channel hermetically sealed high CMR line receiver optocoupler in a 16-Pin ceramic DIP package with gold plated leads. Solder dipped leads and various lead form options are also available. See the datasheet for details. The product is capable of operation and storage over the full military temperature range and may also be purchased as either commercial grade or with full MIL-PRF-38534 Class Level K testing or from the DSCC Standard Microcircuit Drawing (SMD) 5962-89572. The devices are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified line and are included in the DSCC Qualified Manufacturers List QML-38534 for Hybrid Microcircuits.
