The HMC-C009 is a passive I/Q MMIC mixer housed in a miniature hermetic module which can be used as either an Ima
ge Reject Mixer or a Single Sideband Upcnverter. The module utilizes two standard Hittite double balanced mixer cells a
nd a 90 degree hybrid fabricated on a GaAs MESFET process. This MMIC based module is a more reliable and onsistent al ternative to hybrid style I/Q Mixers and Single Side band Converter assemblies. The module features re movable SMA connectors which can be detached to allow direct connection of the modules I/O pins to a microstrip or coplanar circuit.

The HMC-C010 is an Analog Phase Shifter which is controlled via an analog control voltage from 0 to +5V. The HMC-C010 provides a continuously variable phase shift of 0 to 800 degrees at 6 GHz, and 0 to 450 degrees at 16 GHz, with consistent insertion loss versus phase shift. The phase shift is monotonic with respect to control voltage.
The control port has a modulation bandwidth of 50 MHz. The low insertion loss and extremely robust packaging enable this part to be used in a wide range of applications including the phase adjustment of clocks in fiber optic systems and test equipment. The HMC-C010 is housed in a miniature hermetic module with replaceable SMA connectors.

The HMC-C011 is a general purpose broadband high isolation non-refl ective GaAs MESFET SPDT switch housed in a miniature hermetic module with fi eld replaceable SMA connectors. Covering DC to 20 GHz, the switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch features >45 dB isolation up to 5 GHz and >35 dB isolation up to 20 GHz. CMOS interface allows a single positive +5V bias voltage at very low DC currents.
