The HMC466LP4 is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO with integrated resonator, negative resistance device, varactor diode, and buffer amplifi er. Covering 6.1 to 6.72 GHz, the VCO's phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, vibration and process due to the oscillator's monolithic structure. Power output is 4.5 dBm typical from a single supply of 3.0V @31mA. The voltage controlled oscillator is packaged in a low cost leadless QFN 4 x 4 mm surface mount package.

HMC467LP3 General Description
The HMC467LP3 is a broadband 2-bit GaAs IC digital attenuator in a low cost leadless surface mount package. Covering DC to 6.0 GHz, the insertion loss is less than 0.7 dB typical. The attenuator bit values are 2 (LSB) and 4 dB for a total attenuation of 6 dB. Attenuation accuracy is excellent at ± 0.2 dB typical step error with an IIP3 of +50 dBm. Two control voltage inputs, toggled between 0 and +5V, are used to select each attenuation state. A single Vdd bias of +5V is required.
