HT49RA1 General Description

The HT49RA1/HT49CA1 is a Remote Type 8-bit MCU 8-bit high performance RISC architecture microcontroller. With its internal carrier generator and LCD Driver functions the device is is especially suitable for multiple I/O remote control product applications. The usual Holtek MCU features such as power down and wake-up functions, oscillator options, etc. combine to
ensure user applications require a minimum of external components.

The benefits of low power consumption, high performance, I/O flexibility and low-cost, provide these devices with the versatility to suit a wide range of application possibilities such as industrial control, consumer products and particularly suitable for use in products such as infrared LCD remote controllers and various, subsystem controllers, etc.

HT49RU80 General Description

These devices are 8-bit, high performance, RISC architecture microcontrollers specifically designed for a wide range of LCD applications. The mask version, the HT49CU80, is fully pin and functionally compatible with the OTP version HT49RU80 device.

The advantages of low power consumption, I/O flexibility, programmable frequency divider, timer functions,oscillator options, power-down and wake-up functions and buzzer driver in addition to a flexible and configurable LCD interface, enhance the versatility of these devices to control a wide range of LCD-based application possibilities such as measuring scales, electronic multimeters, gas meters, timers, calculators,remote controllers and many other LCD-based industrial and home appliance applications.

HT49RV3 General Description

The HT49RV3/HT49CV3 are 8-bit high performance single chip MCUs. Their single cycle instruction and 2-stage pipeline architecture make them suitable for high speed applications. As the devices include an VFD driver they are suitable for use in products which require a front panel for their operation such as DVDs, VCDs, mini-component audio systems, cassette decks, tuners, CD players, other home appliances, etc.
