HT6571-2.0 General Description
The HT6571-2.0 is designed as one kind of multiple RS-232 driver and receiver that contains three RS-232 line drivers, and five RS-232 line receivers that are used to interface data terminal equipment (DTE) with data circuit-terminating equipment (DCE).
Features of the HT6571-2.0 are:(1)single-chip with easy interface between UART and serial port connector; (2)three drivers and five receivers meet or exceed the requirements of EIA/TIA-232-D; (3)driver output slew rate limited to 30V/ms max.; (4)driver current-limited output: 10mA typ.; (5)flexible supply voltage range; (6)ESD protection exceeds 3kV.
The absolute maximum ratings of the HT6571-2.0 can be summarized as:(1)supply voltage (VSS VDD):-15V to 15V;(2)supply voltage (GND Vcc):-0.3V to 5.5V;(3)input voltage driver:0V to 7V;(4)input voltage receiver:-15V to 15V;(5)output voltage driver:-15V to 15V;(6)output voltage receiver:0V to 7V;(7)slew rate:3V/us;(8)low-level driver short current:30 to 50 mA.
