HT9274 General Description

The HT9274 is a CMOS quad micro-power operational amplifier featuring high input impedance, extremely low power, high gain and high stability.

It allows common mode input voltage range which extends below the negative rail, output swings to both rails with a reasonable sink and souce capability of the output drive current. This cost-effective device is suitable for high gain, low frequency, low power applications, especially ideal for battery powered systems where A range of standby current is essential for long battery life span. For example, in multi-standard Caller ID systems, HT9274 is ideal as a low power line signal monitor/detector, and in car alarm systems, the HT9274 is excellent for piezo vibratile detector signal amplifier application.

HT9290A General Description

The HT9290A/B are programmable one-key tone dialer.It provides a station number with two trigger pins for long distance (HT9290A) and local (HT9290B) call dialing.The DTMF pin will output the tone signal if any of the two trigger pins is actuated.A phone number of 22-digit memory at maximum can be programmed through the DATA and CLOCK pins.

The HT9290A/B have eight features.The first one is operating voltage:2.0V to 5.5V.The second one is low standby current.The third one is 22-digit memory at max.The fourth one is pause time selectable by programming (0.3/0.9 sec).The fifth one is phone number programmable/readable.The sixth one is pause time for HT9290A can be accumulated.The seventh one is 3.58MHz crystal or ceramic resonator.The eighth one is two kinds of nonretriggerable trigger functions (local/long distance call).

The HT9290A/B have some absolute maximum ratings.When parameter is supply voltage,the rating is -0.3V to 6V.When parameter is input voltage,the rating is VSS-0.3 to VDD+0.3V.When parameter is storage temperature,the rating is -55 to 125.When parameter is operating temperature,the rating is -20 to 75.Stresses above those listed under "absolute maximum ratings" may cause permanent damage to the device.These are stress rating only.Functional operation of this device at these or any other conditions above those indicated in the operational sections of this specification is not implied and exposure to absolute maximum rating conditions for extended periods may affect device reliability.
