HTIP41C, HTIP42C, HTIP50D

The HTIP42C is a NPN epitaxial planar transistor which is made by the MICROELECTRONICS CORP. It is designed for use in general purpose amplifier and switching applications. It is available in the TO-220 package.

The following is the description about its absolute maximum ratings at TA is 25 . (1): storage temperature is from -55 to 150 and the maximum junction temperature is 150 ; (2): total power dissipation is 65 W when TC is 25 and is 2 W when TA is 25 ; (3): collector to base voltage(BVCBO) is -100 V and collector to emitter voltage(BVCEO) is -100 V,emitter to base voltage(VBEBO) is -5 V; (4): IC collector current is -6 A; (5): the minimum VBCBO is -100 V when IC -1 mA and IE is 0; (6): the minimum BVCEO is -100 V when IC is -30 mA and IB is 0; (7): the maximum ICES is -400 A when VCE is -100 V,the maximum ICEO is -700 A at VCE is -60 V and the maximum IEBO is -1 mA at VEB is -5 V; (8): the maximum VCE(sat) is -1.5 V at the condition of IC is -6 A and IB is -600 mA; (9): the minimum fT is 3 MHz at IC is -0.1 A,VCE is -5 V and f is 1 MHz.
