The QS4A110Q is designed as high performance CMOS two-channel 5PST switch. Its typical applications include high speed video aignal switching/routing, HDTV-quality video signal routing, audio signal switching/routing, data acquisition, ATE systems, telecomm routing, token ring transceivers and high speed networking.
It has many features. The first one is low on-resistance which would be 5. The second one is fast transition time which would be 6ns. The third one is wide bandwidth which would be 1.8GHz (-3dB point). The fourth one is about its crosstalk which would be -100dB at 50KHz and -70dB at 5MHz and -55dB at 30MHz. The fifth one is about its off-isolation which would be -70dB at 50kHz and -45dB at 5MHz and -40dB at 30MHz. The sixth one is about its single 5V supply. The seventh one is bidirectional. The eighth one is TTL compatible control inputs. The ninth one is ultra-low quiescent current would be 3uA. The tenth one is switch turn on time of 6.5ns. That are all the main features.
Some absolute maximum ratings have been concluded into several points as follow. The first one is about its supply voltage to ground which would be from -0.5V to +7.0V. The second one is about its DC switch voltage which would be from 0V to +7.0V. The third one is about its analog input voltage which would be from 0V to +7.0V. The fourth one is about its DC input voltage which would be from 0V to +7.0V. The fifth one is about its AC input voltage (for a pulse width <= 20ns) which would be -3.0V. The sixth one is about its DC output current max sink current/pin which would be 120mA. The seventh one is about its maximum power dissipation which would be 0.7W. The ninth one is about its storage temperature range which would be from -65°C to +150°C. It should be noted that these ratings are those conditions beyond which damage to the device may occur.
