The SKY65249-11 Intera FEM contains one complete 2.4 GHz transmit/receive chain in a compact RF front-end module optimized for single band 2.4 GHz operation. The SKY65249-11 includes a PA with integrated input filtering for 3–4 GHz rejection, and temperature-compensated directional power detector with 20 dB dynamic range. Also included are low loss, high rejection harmonic filters and a diversity switch which provide high linearity in transmit and low loss in receive paths.

The SKY72300 provides RF/main and IF/auxiliary synthesizers that operate at up to 2.1 GHz and 500 MHz, respectively. The device is ideal for applications that need low power, low phase noise, fine step sizes, and fast switching speeds. Satellite receivers are an ideal application for the SKY72300. Some of these applications require frequency resolution less than 5 kHz while maintaining low phase noise. Doppler shifts are inherent in satellite-based products since the satellite and/or the user are mobile. The SKY72300 is targeted at these systems and satellite/PCS dual-mode handsets with their fine frequency control and low phase noise performance.
